Looking at returning/exchanging your product? It's simple. You have to raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product.
How can I raise a return request?
Please reach out to infoarekaa@gmail.com within 7 days of order delivery. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Who Pays the Shipping charges for returned products?
We offer a pickup facility for locations serviced by our logistics partners. Once a return request is placed, the package will be picked up within 2–5 business days.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to us through any reliable courier service after raising the return request. Kindly ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and all original tags remain intact.
Return shipping charges of up to ₹99 will be reimbursed by us after verification.
How much time does it take to get my refund?
Once approved by our returns team, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. It may take 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to share your bank account details through the link sent to your registered email address and phone number to process the refund.
Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on Sale/Offer?

What do I do if I receive a Damaged/Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
